These terms apply to the Velatis website, verified-interest list, invitations, and private test.

Eligibility and acceptance
You must be at least 18 years old and able to agree to these terms. By submitting an early-access request or using an invited account, you agree to these terms, the Privacy Policy, Beta Policy, and AI and Reflection Disclosure.
Interest is not access
Email verification only confirms your request. It does not create an account, guarantee selection, or grant any capability. Invitations are issued manually, may be limited in duration or scope, and may be declined, revoked, or ended at any time.
Permitted use
Velatis is for personal research, learning, and reflection during the first test. You may not misuse the service, attempt to bypass access controls, scrape or resell data, interfere with other participants, upload unlawful material, impersonate another person, or use the service to harm, harass, deceive, or exploit anyone.
No professional advice or guaranteed outcomes
Astrology, tarot, divination, symbolic interpretation, and AI output are provided for research and reflection. Velatis does not provide medical, mental-health, legal, financial, emergency, or other professional advice. Do not rely on the service for high-stakes decisions or as a substitute for a qualified professional.
Accounts and confidentiality
If invited, keep access links and account credentials private. You are responsible for activity through your account and should notify us promptly of suspected unauthorized use. Private beta materials and unreleased features may not be published or shared outside the test without written permission.
Content and feedback
You retain ownership of content you submit. You grant Velatis the limited permission needed to host, process, secure, and display that content to you. Feedback may be used to improve the service without compensation, but we will not identify you publicly without permission.
Beta availability and responsibility
The service is experimental and may contain errors, change without notice, lose or reset test data, or be unavailable. To the extent allowed by law, Velatis is provided as available without warranties, and liability is limited to the amount you paid for the beta, which is currently zero.
Changes and termination
We may update these terms or suspend access to protect participants, comply with law, or operate the test. Material changes will be reflected by a new effective date and, where appropriate, a new acceptance request.
